You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the integration through the applicable provider or within Vīrya, where supported.
Vīrya is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, performance, or operation of any third-party service.
You retain ownership of your personal information and health-related data.
We use your information only to provide the wellness services you request, including meditation guidance, recovery tracking, personalized insights, analytics, and related features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Vīrya may use artificial intelligence to generate personalized wellness insights, educational content, meditation guidance, recovery analytics, and other features based on information you choose to provide or authorize.
Data obtained through third-party integrations, including Oura, is processed solely to provide the Services you have requested and authorized.
Vīrya does not use Oura data to train, fine-tune, or improve general artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Any processing of Oura data is limited to providing the personalized wellness services you have requested and is performed in accordance with your authorization, these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable agreements with third-party providers.
AI-generated insights are intended solely for educational and wellness purposes and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, educational materials, videos, designs, and other content made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to EvocateMedia LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by law, no content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.
Vīrya provides wellness and educational services only.
